First know, then judge.

One day at a restaurant there were two American boys, they were talking about the accident of The Twin Towers. The first one said "oh the guy that crashed the plane had great skills" and then the other replied "I bet that if it had been a Mexican had not hit the mark...".At that moment I realized the great ignorance that all the Americans has from the Mexicans.

Mexicans are not stupid people, we are intelligent and like many others we are not the best but still we are humans.

Other day my cousin who lives in America told me about that in his school all say that Mexicans do not have feelings or are inferior to them and some other bad stuff. Why do they say something like that?,if they live only one day with a Mexican family would realize that we're full of affection and no matter where you come you will always be part of that family, and that can not be said of anyone.

In cloncluson I think that the Americans need to know more about Mexicans before they start to judge, because you can't judge a book by his cover.

Obesity is not gluttony

Obesity is not gluttony

United States of America and Mexico have major health issue in recent decades like obesity, more than half of Americans are overweight and the kids and teenagers are the most affected in this situation because of the bad habit that they learn or have. I think that one of the major reasons that the kids and teenagers are suffering of overweight is because schools don’t teach them to have a good alimentation.

It would be a good idea if the government and schools try to made healthier decisions of the food they provide for the students, but in the other side is not only that, this is only the half to be a healthier person, the other half is in ourselves to make the “good choice” to eat fruits and vegetables, because maybe the schools would provide a better choice to eat but
that doesn’t mean that the junk food would disappear.

An example of my point is the problem that happened with McDonald’s, two young 18 years old girls tried sueing for making them overweight. This is fault of the company? For me no because they didn’t make the girls to eat all the food, the girls make the decision to eat every day an unhealthier food so it is the responsibility of them not of McDonald’s. So my conclusion is that it don’t depend of the food that is in front of us, is our decision if we eat healthier of junk food.
